Client Services Executive – Concierge
Job Purpose
Responsible for providing a comprehensive and proactive concierge service to all clients and agents in the Inspiring Travel, Private Clients & Spectate brands, whilst constantly looking for commercial opportunities to enhance the client experience for concierge services and upsell opportunities when conducting Pre-Departure calls.
Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer care through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients’ expectations
- Handle requests ensuring all the finer details are accurate and in line with client expectations
- Be commercially aware in all aspects of the role and seek opportunities to enhance profitability as well as an enhanced experience for the client
- Check bookings 6 weeks before clients departure ensuring all the finer details are accurate and in chronological order as per our minimum standards
- Pre-book seats and any special requests for clients, liaising with the relevant suppliers, ensuring CRM is updated with generic special request information
This vacancy is full time, working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm and also taking part in a Saturday rota. A day off in lieu is given for Saturdays worked.
The role will be based in the Chester office with hybrid working available.
