Travel Specialist - Spectate

Job Purpose

As part of the Spectate Sales team, your role will be to create and convert the sale of high quality tailor-made itineraries and tours for current and future Spectate Clients.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure enquiries are handled quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Spectate has over 33 events on sale at any one time so enquiries need to be handled responsibly and seamlessly with both our direct channels and trade partners.
  • To ensure the product sold to our clients and the supporting information is to the highest standard.
  • Attend events, seminars or provide training for our trade partners, crucially building long standing relationships.
  • Proactively recognise opportunities for Spectate to grow its content and product.

This role will be based in the Chester office with hybrid working, and will be required to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, working various shift patterns across an agreed rota. The role is also required to participate in a rota for Saturday working for which a day of in lieu is given, and may also be required to participate in a rota for Sundays.
