Client Services Executive - Quality Control
Job Purpose
As a Client Services Executive in our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for offering a proactive and solution focused support to the sales team, casting a critical eye over bookings to ensure everything is accurate and correct for the clients booking. You will play an integral part in the overall performance and achievement of the Inspiring Travel, Spectate and Private Clients brand targets. You will also be responsible for processing client cancellations and liaising with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Check all the booking components have been booked appropriately and that the client’s arrangements have been well considered on all new and amended bookings
- Check that the Booking Costs are correct and that a Pro Forma invoice has been received on all new and amended bookings
- Follow the Quality Control checklist in order to pass the booking or request a re-check.
- Process all cancellations, including contacting suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms for each brand.
The role is full time working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm and based in our Chester office.
